Information obligation pursuant to Article 13 GDPR<\/h2>\n\n

\nOn May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter referred to as \u201eGDPR\u201d) came into force. In connection with this, we are informing you about the processing of your data and the principles on which it will be carried out after May 25, 2018.\n<\/p>\n\n

      \nData was provided during account registration on the www.www.mrotex.com\/shop website and during activity on our store, while the Administrator was providing services.\n<\/p>\n\n

      Data Processing Objectives (Agreement)<\/h3>\n

      \nWe are processing your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you, including for:\n<\/p>\n\n

      • opening and managing an account and conducting transactions;<\/li>\n
      • execution of agreements concluded with the client, including handling complaints and returns;<\/li>\n
      • handling customer-submitted requests (contact form);<\/li>\n

        • Content matching according to your preferences, based on previously viewed page content, or primarily on products of interest;<\/li>\n

          Agreement<\/h3>\n

          \nWe also process your personal data with your consent:\n<\/p>\n\n

          • to the extent not covered by the legitimate interest of the Controller in saving data in cookie files, collecting data from websites and mobile applications;<\/li>\n

            \nYou may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by the Administrator at any time, in a manner as easy as it was given. Your data will be processed by the Administrator until consent is withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n\n

            Data scope<\/h3>\n

            \nWe need your personal data to fulfill the contract in the scope of: requirements mandated by tax regulations, as well as your first name and last name, phone number, email address, PESEL number, date of birth, and shipping address.\n<\/p>\n\n

            Data recipients<\/h3>\n

            The Administrator will have access to your personal data.<\/p>\n\n

            \nYour personal data is accessible to accounting firms, legal firms, courier companies, payment processing companies, IT companies, and software providers, based on relevant data processing agreements.\n<\/p>\n\n

            Profiling<\/h3>\n

            \nYour personal data may also be processed in an automated manner (including through profiling). Profiling involves processing data (also in an automated manner) by using it to evaluate certain information about you, in particular to analyze or predict personal preferences and interests. This does not affect your situation.\n<\/p>\n\n

            Data retention period<\/h3>\n

            Personal data will be processed for the period:<\/p>\n\n

            • conclusion of the agreement - for its duration and after its termination for the purposes of:\n
                \n
              • claims investigation related to a completed contract;<\/li>\n
              • fulfillment of obligations arising from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting regulations;<\/li>\n
              • prevention of abuse or crime;<\/li>\n
              • statistical and archival;<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • marketing activities \u2013 for the duration of the agreement, upon separate consent to process such data \u2013 until the completion of transaction processing, or until you lodge an objection to such processing, or withdraw your consent;<\/li>\n
              • Sales and promotional activities \u2013 e.g., contests, promotional campaigns \u2013 for the duration and settlement of such campaigns;<\/li>\n
              • operating activities \u2013 until the statute of limitations for obligations imposed by generally applicable legal provisions expires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                User rights<\/h3>\n

                • request access to and rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability from the Administrator;<\/li>\n
                • to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;<\/li>\n
                • for filing a complaint with the supervisory authority, President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (https:\/\/www.giodo.gov.pl\/pl);<\/li>\n
                • Providing personal data is a contractual condition. Providing data is voluntary, although refusal to provide it is equivalent to the impossibility of considering the offer of services through the form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
