On May 25, 2018, it became applicable Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) .         1. We process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including:

- creating and managing the account and concluding transactions;

- the realisation of contracts concluded with the client, including handling complaints and returns;

4. operating activities - until the obligations imposed by generally applicable laws are time-barred.

5. providing personal data is a contractual condition, providing data is voluntary. A refusal to provide them is tantamount to the inability to consider offering services through the form.

The use of the right to correct the data, delete, restrict processing of personal data rectification as well as withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information is implemented by sending to the Administrator such a request on the email address shop@mrotex.com or to the address indicated in point 1.
