The Icoone® project is inspired by the intuition of Professor Jean-Claude Guimberteau, a specialist in reconstructive surgery who dedicated many years to observing the skin in terms of its connective tissue structure. Guimberteau demonstrated that skin must be understood as a living, continuous material, and that the subcutaneous tissue consists of a network of microvacuoles that form a functional unit of tissue structure. This new vision completely replaces the traditional concept of layered tissue, thereby necessitating a new way of stimulating the skin.
Thanks to the exclusive, internationally patented Roboderm® technology, Icoone® offers a fully customizable skin rejuvenation and body contouring treatment. Roboderm® is a unique technology in the world capable of generating Multi Micro Alveolar Stimulation (M.M.S.A.) using a set of micro-holes present on the surface of the micro-stimulators located in the Icoone® treatment heads. The micro-stimulators rotate back and forth, precisely and effectively stimulating the skin over its entire surface, reaching its smallest parts and generating up to 21,600 micro-stimulations per minute.
Stimulating action occurs on 3 surfaces simultaneously: 2 independent, motorized microstimulators that move simultaneously over the same area, complementing each other's action and generating tissue gymnastics with a firming effect, and 1 central chamber located between the microstimulators, which acts more deeply on fatty tissue. Therefore, Roboderm® technology allows for a threefold increase in stimulation area, achieving deeper and more effective skin stimulation.
The triple suction surface also allows for better movement of the heads, so the operator doesn't have to apply pressure. This way, both hands can be used simultaneously, providing the client with more natural and delicate stimulation, without operator fatigue.
Icoone® is a technology that allows for a two-handed, symmetrical treatment, working on both sides of the body simultaneously. The result is an extremely precise, multidimensional body massage while showing immense respect for the skin. Icoone® is a new method of stimulating the skin and its underlying tissues, allowing for precise work on connective tissue. It can be used to eliminate cellulite, localized fat, loose skin, lymphatic edema, and all signs of skin aging.
The operating principle of Icoone®, and thus the Roboderm® patent, is based on a deep understanding of the connective tissue structure and skin composition. Icoone® was developed thanks to the latest discoveries by Prof. J.C. Gimberteau in the field of dermatology. His research assumes the existence of the so-called MCDAS system, or Multimicroalveolar Collagen Absorption System.
Based on this theory, we assume that there is no distinct boundary or layered arrangement between individual tissues. All structures are interconnected by a network of fibers, between which free spaces called microvacuoles are formed. These fibers are mainly composed of collagen, elastin, and to a lesser extent, lipids. Additionally, proteoglycans are attached to the collagen fibers, exhibiting strong hydrophilicity, thereby binding water molecules within the microvacuoles.
This structure ensures the free movement of individual structures relative to each other, as well as the expansion and compression of micro-vacuoles during pressure. This is visible, for example, when pinching a skin fold, which returns to its original shape after being released. The younger the skin, meaning the more elastic the fibers, the faster the fold returns. The conducted research became the inspiration for designing the Icoone® device, which stimulates the described network in a very precise way without damaging it.

The Icoone® laser BODY combines the Roboderm® patent with the energy of biorevitalizing laser and LED light, creating a photochemical effect in the tissues and stimulating greater permeability of cell membranes.
